Process Validation

Eco FS have experience of the problems companies face when approving new products, especially solvents.We have extensive evidence to prove the performance of Solveco products can outperform VOC solvents such as trichloroethylene. This evidence has helped gain approval for the products and processes Eco FS offers. We can assist with Process Validation if your customers require this.

Case Study

Eco FS are currently assisting the UK’s largest user oftrichloroethylene to convert to Solveco Degreasing Systems.The first installation was completed in December 2009 and since its commissioning boasts excellent reliability and cleanliness. The system reaplaced a 3000 litre open trichloroethylene degreaser which runs at ~50kWh.The fully automated system runs at ~25kWh, it is stilldegreasing with the first batch of Solveco 120.To arrange a site visit and demonstration please contact us.
